Little Folks of Fourth Yearbooks

 

As the director, administrator, designer, developer and coordinator of the Little Folks
of Fourth Yearbooks, I worked closely with professional photographers, teachers, volunteers, parents, the Big Folks of Fourth Board, and the Director of the preschool
for these projects.

 

• Coordinated with teachers, parents and volunteers to capture candid photos

• Developed the theme for each yearbook

• Attended the Big Folks of Fourth monthly board meetings to discuss progress

• Organized ad sells and determined budget to allow each yearbook to be affordable

• Worked with professional photographers with school pictures

• Organized and directed the school photo used for the cover of the 2014 Yearbook

• Designed the books

• Designed the advertisments, as needed

• Worked closely with the printing house to cut production costs and deadlines

• Developed and processed yearbook orders

• Collected and recorded all money
